- Implement Service level Agreements for key suppliers.
- Develop and/or implement a Maintenance Approval Process.

- Accurately scrutinize invoices from Service Providers. Ensure charges are industry competitive and dispute where necessary. (Proven record of significant cost reduction).
- Review and dispute maintenance charges from lease companies, (ensuring charges accepted comply with the terms of the lease agreement).
- Enter and store vehicle maintenance and service histories onto a fleet management data base.
Plant Appraisals and Valuations:
- Carry out plant appraisals to identify current condition and recommend replacement programs.
- Carry out valuations for the purpose of insurance, bank requirements or acquisitions.
Review internal and external workshop performance processes
- Review external workshop charges, performance and outputs
- Develop and introduce KPI’s for external workshops
- Review internal workshop processes and repair standards to ensure overall performance meets or exceeds industry standards
